METHOD: The old-school Rhône blend of white grapes come from old vines on the Paardeberg, a large rocky formation on the edge of the Swartland. Hand-picked, then naturally fermented and matured in old 300 to 600-litre tight-grain French oak barrels for 12 months.
TASTING NOTES: Medium-bodied richness, lots of fruit (peach and citrus), multi-layered with wet stone mineral notes so very long on the finish
